何謂創業家簽證? About Entrepreneur Visa
「創業家簽證」（Entrepreneur Visa）是針對具創新能力及技術的外國及港澳創業家，提供來臺創業者首次申請效期為2年的居留簽證，並可視創業實績申請延長居留，展延以兩年為限次數不限。
創業家簽證之優點包括不須事先成立公司、可居留長達一年、辦理展延不需出境以及得以團隊名義申請等優點，適合欲發展臺灣市場、有志來臺創業、或事業剛起步之創業家。
Entrepreneur Visa is aimed at foreign, Hong Kong and Macao entrepreneurs .It issuitable for entrepreneurs who are interested in developing Taiwan market or starting a business in Taiwan. It provides entrepreneurs who come to Taiwan to apply for a residence visa valid for 2 years for the first time, and can apply for an extension of residence based on their entrepreneurial performance. There
is no limit to the number of times for two years.
The advantages of the Entrepreneur Visa include not having to set up a company in advance, being able to stay for up to one year, not having to leave the country to apply for an extension, and being able to apply in the name of a team. It is suitable for entrepreneurs who want to develop the Taiwan market, are interested in starting a business in Taiwan, or are just starting their business.
申請資格
一、申請人為個人，應符合下列條件之一者：
(一)獲得國內外創投投資，或於政府認定之募資平臺投（籌）資新臺幣二百萬元以上。
(二)於一年內曾經實質進駐或現已實質進駐下列園區或創育機構，並經該園區或創育機構推薦者：
1. 中央或地方政府核定之國際創新創業園區及計畫。
2. 中央或地方政府直營之創育機構，或已登錄於經濟部國際創育機構並經核定公告者。
3. 中央或地方政府認定之國外創育機構。
(三)取得國外發明專利權、國內發明或設計專利權，或事實足認具專業技能。
(四)取得國內植物品種權或動物命名登記，但不包括經讓與或授權實施者。
(五)參加國內外具代表性之創業、設計競賽獲獎，或申請政府鼓勵外國創業家來臺專案計畫通過。
(六)曾於國內外具指標性之國際時裝展演、影展、國際時尚獎項入圍或獲獎。
(七)其他經中央目的事業主管機關認定或推薦具創新能力。
(八)已在臺設立符合具創新能力之新創事業認定原則之事業，擔任主管等職務，並投資新臺幣一百萬元以上。
二、申請為團隊者：
(一)已在臺設立符合具創新能力之新創事業認定原則之事業，擔任該事業之負責人或主管等職務，合計投資金額達新臺幣一百萬元以上。
(二)團隊應以三人為限。
應備文件
申請人應備文件
1. 最近6個月內所拍攝相片一張。
2. 所餘效期6個月以上之護照。
3. 符合資格條件之證明文件（詳參下表一）；以團隊申請者，應另檢附創業家團隊意向書。
展延規定
應符合下列條件之一：
1.最近一年或最近三年平均年營業收入達新臺幣三百萬元以上。
2.最近一年或最近三年平均年營業費用達新臺幣一百萬元以上。
3.聘僱全職臺籍員工數達三人以上。
4.其他足資審核之營運實績，並經主管機關認定對國內經濟發展有貢獻。
